(a) In Maumee Bay (lakeward of Maumee River Lighted Buoy 49(L/L No. 770)), no vessel greater than 100 feet in length may exceed 12 miles per hour. (b) In Maumee River (inward of Maumee River Lighted Buoy 49(L/L No. 770)): (1) No vessel greater than 40 feet in length may exceed 6 miles per hour.
