    (a) The following is a regulated navigation area--Waters within the 
boundaries of a line beginning at 4304[min]50[sec]N, 
7044[min]52[sec]W; then to 4304[min]52[sec]N, 
7044[min]53[sec]W; then to 4304[min]59[sec]N, 
7044[min]46[sec]W; then to 4305[min]05[sec]N, 
7044[min]32[sec]W; then to 4305[min]03[sec]N, 
7044[min]30[sec]W; then to the beginning point.
    (b) Regulations--No vessel may operate in this area at a speed in 
excess of five miles per hour.
