    A precautionary area is established as follows: from 
3842.80[min]N, 7458.90[min]W; then northerly by an arc of 
eight nautical miles centered at 3848.90[min]N, 7505.60[min]W 
to 3848.32[min]N, 7455.30[min]W; then westerly to 
3847.50[min]N, 7501.80[min]W; then northerly to 
3850.75[min]N, 7503.40[min]W; then northeasterly to 
3851.27[min]N, 7502.83[min]W; then northerly to 
3854.80[min]N, 7501.60[min]W; then westerly by an arc of 6.7 
nautical miles centered at 3848.90[min]N, 7505.60[min]W to 
3855.53[min]N, 7505.87[min]W; then southwesterly to 
3854.00[min]N, 7508.00[min]W; then southerly to 
3846.60[min]N, 7503.55[min]W; then southeasterly to 
3842.80[min]N, 7458.90[min]W.
