Sec. 76.202  Opportunity for a hearing before a State plan is disapproved.

    The Secretary may disapprove a State plan only after:
    (a) Notifying the State;
    (b) Offering the State a reasonable opportunity for a hearing; and
    (c) Holding the hearing, if requested by the State.
