Subsistence uses by local rural residents are allowed pursuant to the regulations of this Subpart in the following park areas: (a) In national preserves; (b) In Cape Krusenstern National Monument and Kobuk Valley National Park; (c) Where such uses are traditional (as may be further designated for each park or monument in Subpart C of this part) in Aniakchak National Monument, Gates of the Arctic National Park, Lake Clark National Park, Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, and the Denali National Park addition.
