(a) When a request for information has been approved, the person making the request may make an appointment to inspect or copy the materials requested during regular business hours by writing or telephoning the Supervisory Copyright Information Specialist at the address or telephone number listed in Sec. 203.4(d). Such material may be copied manually without charge, and reasonable facilities are available in the Public Information Office for that purpose.
