              Subpart C-Citrus Products Subcategory
 
Sec. 407.30  Applicability; description of the citrus products subcategory.


    The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges 
resulting from the processing of citrus into citrus products. When a 
plant is subject to effluent limitations covering more than one 
subcategory, the plant discharge limitation shall be set by proration 
limitations for each subcategory based on raw material covered by each 
subcategory.
