Sec. 410.70  Applicability; description of the stock and yarn finishing subcategory.


    The provisions of this subpart are applicable to process wastewater 
discharges resulting from the following types of textile mills: Stock or 
yarn dyeing or finishing, which may include any or all of the following 
unit operations and processes: Cleaning, scouring, bleaching, 
mercerizing, dyeing and special finishing.
