Sec. 418.30  Applicability; description of the urea subcategory.


    The provisions of this subpart are applicable to the manufacture of 
urea. Discharges attributable to shipping losses and precipitation 
runoff from outside the battery limits of the urea manufacturing 
operations, and cooling tower blowdown are excluded.
