Sec. 427.20  Applicability; description of the asbestos-cement sheet subcategory.


    The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges 
resulting from the process in which asbestos, Portland cement, silica, 
and other ingredients are used in the manufacturing of asbestos-cement 
sheets. Discharges resulting from manufacture of asbestos-cement sheet 
laboratory tops are specifically excluded from the provisions of this 
subpart.
