Sec. 434.74  Effluent limitations attainable by application of the best conventional pollutant control technology (BCT).

    Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 through 125.32 and 434.72(b)(2), 
a pre-existing discharge must comply with the effluent limitations 
listed in Sec. 434.72(b) for total suspended solids. The operator must 
also submit and implement a Pollution Abatement Plan as required in 
Sec. 434.72(a).
