Except as provided in 40 CFR 125.30 through 125.32 or Sec. 437.30(b), any existing point source subject to this subpart must achieve limitations representing the application of BAT: Limitations for antimony, copper, molybdenum, zinc, acetone, acetophenone, aniline, 2- butanone, o-cresol, p-cresol, 2,3-dichloroaniline, phenol, pyridine, and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in Sec. 437.31.
