Sec. 461.43  New source performance standards (NSPS).

    (a) The discharge of wastewater pollutants from any new source 
subject to this subpart shall not exceed the standards set forth below:
    (1) Subpart D--Foliar Battery Miscellaneous Wash--NSPS.
