    (1) U.S. Government Freight Transportation Handbook;
    (2) Limited Authority to Use Commercial Forms and Procedures;
    (3) Submission of Transportation Documents; and
    (4) Things to be Aware of When Routing or Receiving Freight 
Shipments.
