Yes. The head of your agency or designee may authorize a limited exemption to the display of U.S. Government license plates and motor vehicle identification upon written certification. (See Sec. 102- 34.185.) For motor vehicles leased from the GSA Fleet, send an information copy of this certification to the: General Services Administration, Attn: FFF, Washington, DC 20406. Note to Sec. 102-34.180: Not eligible for exemption are motor vehicles regularly used for common administrative purposes and not directly connected to investigative, law enforcement or intelligence duties involving security activities.
