Sec. 102-42.50  Is there a special format for a commercial appraisal?

    There is no special format for a commercial appraisal, but it must 
be:
    (a) On official company letterhead;
    (b) Prepared in the United States;
    (c) Dated; and
    (d) Expressed in U.S. dollars.
