                      Subpart 105-68.4--Suspension
 
Sec. 105-68.420  Scope of suspension.

    The scope of a suspension is the same as the scope of a debarment 
(see Sec. 105-68.325), except that the procedures of Sec.Sec. 105-68.410 
through 105-68.413 shall be used in imposing a suspension.
