Sec. 168.01-1  Purpose of regulations.


    (a) The purpose of the regulations in this part is to set forth 
uniform minimum requirements for vessels, whether being navigated or 
not, which are used by or in connection with any civilian nautical 
school, except vessels of the Navy or Coast Guard.
