(a) Each heater must be so constructed and installed as to prevent contact with combustible materials such as towels and clothing. (b) Each electric space heater must be provided with a thermal cutout to prevent overheating. (c) Each heater element of an electric space heater must be of an enclosed type, and the element case or jacket must be made of a corrosion resistant material.
