Sec. 17.51  Time when lights should be exhibited.

    (a) All red obstruction lighting shall be exhibited from sunset to 
sunrise unless otherwise specified.
    (b) All high intensity and medium intensity obstruction lighting 
shall be exhibited continuously unless otherwise specified.
