stations, and low power auxiliary stations authorized under subparts D,

part are subject to the application and procedural rules for wireless 
telecommunications services contained in part 1, subpart F of this 
chapter. Applicants for these stations may file either manually or 
electronically as specified in Sec. Sec.  1.913(b) and (d) of this 
chapter.
