Sec.  22.000  Scope of part.

    This part--
    (a) Deals with general policies regarding contractor labor relations 
as they pertain to the acquisition process;
    (b) Prescribes contracting policy and procedures for implementing 
pertinent labor laws; and
    (c) Prescribes contract clauses with respect to each pertinent labor 
law.
