Sec.  25.404  Caribbean Basin Trade Initiative.

    Under the Caribbean Basin Trade Initiative, the United States Trade 
Representative has determined that, for acquisitions subject to the 
Trade Agreements Act, Caribbean Basin country end products must be 
treated as eligible products.
