Subject to the provisions of Sec. 805.735-24 concerning review of employee statements, each statement of employment and financial interests, and each supplementary statement, shall be held in confidence. The Personnel Officer is personally responsible for the retention of employee statements in confidence and may not disclose information from a statement or allow access to a statement, except to carry out the purpose of this part, or as the Civil Service [[Page 168]] Commission or the Chairman may determine for good cause shown.
