Sec. 153.2  Definitions.

    (a) DOE/FE means the Department of Energy/Office of Fossil Energy or 
its successor office.
    (b) NBSIR means the National Bureau of Standards Information Report.
    (c) Person means an individual or entity as defined in 10 CFR 
590.102(m).
