                  Subpart B_Permanent Curtailment Rule
 
Sec. 281.212  Draft tariff sheets and index of entitlements.

    (a) Each interstate pipeline shall prepare draft tariff sheets and a 
draft index of entitlements in accordance with this subpart.

    (b) The draft tariff sheets and index of entitlements shall be 
served on all customers of the interstate pipeline no later than August 
1 of each year.
    (c) Copies of all documents received by the interstate pipeline 
under Sec. 281.210, the draft tariff sheets and the draft index of 
entitlements shall be served on the Data Verification Committee no later 
than August 1 of each year.
