Thirty days after service thereof will be allowed to such licensee within which to file a protest to such reports. If no protest is filed within the time allowed, the Commission will issue such [[Page 72]] order as may be appropriate. If a protest is filed, a public hearing will be ordered in accordance with subpart E of part 385 of this chapter.
