    You should give your evidence to the people at a Social Security 
Administration office. In the Philippines, you

should give your evidence to the people at the Veterans Affairs Regional 
Office. Elsewhere outside the United States, you should give your 
evidence to the people at the nearest U.S. Social Security office or a 
United States Foreign Service Office.
