(a) Any party may file a post-hearing brief. (b) The ALJ may require the parties to file post-hearing briefs and may permit the parties to file reply briefs. (c) The ALJ will fix the time for filing briefs, which is not to exceed 60 days from the date the parties receive the transcript of the hearing or, if applicable, the stipulated record.
