Sec. 903.9  May HUD request additional information in the Annual Plan 
of a troubled PHA?

    HUD may request that a PHA that is at risk of being designated as 
troubled or is designated as troubled in accordance with section 6(j)(2) 
of the 1937 Act (42 U.S.C. 1437d(j)(2)), the Public Housing Management 
Assessment Program (part 901 of this title) or the Public

Housing Assessment System (part 902 of this chapter) include its 
operating budget. The PHA also must include or reference any applicable 
memorandum of agreement with HUD or any plan to improve performance, and 
such other material as HUD may prescribe.
