Pursuant to section 37(d), 15 U.S.C. 2084(d), the reporting of a civil action under section 37 shall not constitute an admission of-- (a) An unreasonable risk of injury; (b) A defect in the consumer product which was the subject of the civil action; (c) A substantial product hazard; (d) An imminent hazard; or (e) Any other liability under any statute or any common law.
