    Currency, coins, and postage and other stamps issued by North Korea, 
North Viet-Nam, Cambodia, or South Viet-Nam are merchandise of North 
Korean, North Vietnamese, Cambodian, or South Vietnamese origin subject 
to Sec. 500.204(a)(1).
