Sec. 402.3  What activities may the Secretary fund?

    The Secretary provides assistance through grants, contracts, or 
cooperative agreements to plan, conduct, and administer programs, or 
portions of programs, that provide vocational training and related 
activities for the benefit of native Hawaiians.
