Sec. 656.20 How does the Secretary evaluate an application? (a) The Secretary evaluates an application for a comprehensive Center under the criteria contained in Sec. 656.21, and for an undergraduate Center under the criteria contained in Sec. 656.22. (b) In general, the Secretary awards up to 155 possible points for these criteria. However, if the criterion in Sec. 656.21(j) or Sec. 656.22(j) is used, the Secretary awards up to 165 possible points. The maximum possible points for each criterion are shown in parentheses.
