    Generators of hazardous wastes that are disposed of into Class I 
injection wells must comply with the applicable requirements of Sec. 
268.7 (a) and (b). Owners or operators of Class I hazardous waste 
injection wells must comply with the applicable requirements of Sec. 
268.7(c).
