[Code of Federal Regulations] [Title 40, Volume 1] [Revised as of July 1, 2004] From the U.S. Government Printing Office via GPO Access [CITE: 40CFR32.125] [Page 382] TITLE 40--PROTECTION OF ENVIRONMENT CHAPTER I--ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY PART 32_GOVERNMENTWIDE DEBARMENT AND SUSPENSION (NONPROCUREMENT); AND Subpart A_General Sec. 32.125 Does an exclusion under the nonprocurement system affect a person's eligibility for Federal procurement contracts? If any Federal agency excludes a person under its nonprocurement common rule on or after August 25, 1995, the excluded person is also ineligible to participate in Federal procurement transactions under the FAR. Therefore, an exclusion under this part has reciprocal effect in Federal procurement transactions.
