Sec. 2911.0-3  Authority.

    The Act of May 24, 1928, as amended (49 U.S.C. Appendix, 211-213), 
authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to lease for use as a public 
airport, any contiguous unreserved and unappropriated public lands not 
to exceed 2,560 acres in area.
