     Subpart 2920_Leases, Permits and Easements: General Provisions
 
Sec. 2920.2-3  Other land use proposals.

    (a) A proposal for a land use authorization, including permits not 
covered by Sec. 2920.2-2 of this title, shall be submitted in writing 
to the Bureau of Land Management office having jurisdiction over the 
public lands covered by the proposal.
    (b) The submission of a proposal gives no right to use the public 
lands.
