Sec. 3163.3  Criminal penalties.

    Any person who commits an act for which a civil penalty is provided 
in Sec. 3163.4-1(b)(6) of this title shall, upon conviction, be 
punished by a fine of not more than $50,000 or by imprisonment for not 
more than 2 years or both.
