Sec. 303.73  Applications to use the courts of the United States to enforce 
court orders.

    The IV-D agency may apply to the Secretary for permission to use a 
United States district court to enforce a support order of a court of 
competent jurisdiction against a noncustodial parent who is present in 
another State if the IV-D agency can furnish evidence in accordance with 
instructions issued by the office.
