Sec. 310.180  Who is eligible to apply to receive interim funding under 
this part?


    A Tribe or Tribal organization currently satisfying the requirements 
in this part, and currently operating a comprehensive Tribal CSE program 
that includes establishment of paternity, establishment, modification, 
and enforcement of support orders, and location of absent parents, may 
apply for and upon approval, receive direct funding under this part.
