Sec. 46.15-5  Engineering requirements.

    (a) Bilge and ballast systems, piping, inlets and discharges, ash 
chutes, astern power, and auxiliary steering shall be in accordance with 
the provisions of subchapter F (Marine Engineering) of this chapter.
