Sec. 1503.235  Judicial review of a final order.

    A person may seek judicial review of a final order of the 
Administrator as provided in 49 U.S.C. 46110. A party seeking judicial 
review of a final order must file a petition for review not later than 
60 days after the final order has been served on the party.
