Sec. 1.3  What rules are contained in this chapter?

    The rules in this chapter are those governing the OWCP functions 
under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act, the War Hazards 
Compensation Act, the War Claims Act and the Energy Employees 
Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
