Sec. 983.201  Responsibilities of the HA.


    The HA must:
    (a) Inspect the project before, during and upon completion of new 
construction or rehabilitation; and
    (b) Ensure that the amount of assistance that is attached to units 
is within the amounts available under the ACC.
