(a) Each PHA shall maintain fiscal year-end income and expense statements, which reflect the PBA information required by Sec. 990.310, for each project or other cost center and shall make these available for review upon request by interested members of the public. (b) Each PHA shall distribute such year-end financial statements to the Chairman and to each member of the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, and to such other State and local public officials as the Secretary may specify. Project-based income and expense statements shall be made available to Board chairmen as soon as is practicable after the close of the fiscal period.
