Sec. 19.20  Employee protection.

    Employment discrimination by a licensee (or a holder of a 
certificate of compliance issued pursuant to part 76) or a contractor or 
subcontractor of a licensee (or a holder of a certificate of compliance 
issued pursuant to part 76) against an employee for engaging in 
protected activities under this part or parts 30, 40, 50, 60, 61, 63, 
70, 72, 76, or 150 of this chapter is prohibited.
