(a) Each person receiving an order or directive under this part shall keep for at least two years from the date of full compliance with such order or directive accurate and complete records of crude oil and petroleum product deliveries made in accordance with such order or directive. (b) All records required to be maintained shall be made available upon request for inspection and audit by duly authorized representatives of the ERA.
