Sec. 983.43  Reinspection.

    The Secretary, upon recommendation of the committee, may establish 
rules and regulations to establish conditions under which pistachios 
would be subject to reinspection.

    Effective Date Note: At 69 FR 17850, Apr. 4, 2004, part 983 was 
added, effective April 6, 2004, except for Sec. Sec. 983.38 through 
983.46, which are effective Aug. 1, 2004. At 69 FR 44460, July 26, 2004, 
the effective date was delayed to February 1, 2005.
