Sec. 993.12  Substandard prunes.

    Substandard prunes means any lot of processed or natural condition 
prunes failing to meet the applicable grade and size standards 
prescribed pursuant to Sec. Sec. 993.49 and 993.50 other than pursuant 
to Sec. 993.49(c).
